IKOS Work runs a French-language media dedicated to Australian industrial trades, guides, salary data and daily video content. Employers can share vacancies and receive applications from French-speaking tradespeople. Candidates apply to a specific role, with their location, visa status and availability reviewed before an introduction. You interview and employ directly.

Pre-screened profiles

Every profile in the pool is reviewed personally before it can be presented: trade, tickets and licences, location, visa status and availability. No CV floods, only profiles matching your brief.

Consent first

No profile is sent to you without the candidate's explicit agreement for your specific role. What you receive is a candidate who already said yes to the job description.

Employers pay, candidates never do

Our business model is based on employer-paid fees. Candidates are never charged. Charging candidates for placement is prohibited in several Australian states, and against everything we stand for. Candidates keep control of every introduction.
